Why Store Your RV Enclosed

Covered parking shelters the top of your rig but leaves the sides open to the weather, and outdoor parking leaves the whole rig exposed. A fully enclosed unit is the only format that shields every surface, which matters more for an RV than almost anything else you can store.

UV Protection

Louisiana sun cracks roof seals, fades decals and paint, dries out gelcoat, and ages tires. Four walls and a roof block the UV that does the damage.

Weather Protection

No driving rain, no standing water, no wind-blown debris against the body. Your rig stays out of the elements year-round.

Pest Exclusion

An enclosed unit helps keeps rodents and critters out of your storage compartments, wiring, and upholstery far better than open parking.

Privacy & Buffer

Walls keep your rig out of view and moderate the daily temperature swings that open-air parking cannot.

30-Amp Power to Keep Your Rig Ready

Sitting batteries are the most common reason an RV will not start when the season opens. Power at your unit lets you keep your house and chassis batteries maintained so your systems stay ready between trips.

Every enclosed unit includes a 20-amp 110V receptacle and interior lighting. The larger units add 30-amp service for bigger rigs.

30-AMP SERVICE UNITS

For Class A motorhomes and large fifth wheels

All other enclosed units include 20-amp 110V power and interior lighting.

Sizes and Fit

Our enclosed RV units run up to 20x60, with room for Class A, B, and C motorhomes, fifth wheels, and travel trailers. The 60-foot wide drive aisles give you space to back in or pull through without fighting the turn.

The roll-up doors clear 12 feet wide by 14 feet high, which fits virtually any motorhome or towable on the road. If you are not sure which size you need, our team can match your rig to the right unit.

Storing Your RV in Louisiana

The questions RV owners ask us most.

Will my batteries stay charged between trips?

With power at your unit you can keep your house and chassis batteries maintained, so your systems stay ready when it is time to roll. The larger units carry 30-amp service for bigger rigs, and every enclosed unit has a 20-amp 110V receptacle.

Will humidity cause problems inside the rig?

Enclosed walls already cut down the moisture an open space lets in. During the most humid months, many owners run a small dehumidifier on the 20-amp outlet to keep the interior dry.

How do I prevent flat-spotting on the tires?

For longer stays, owners often inflate to the maximum sidewall pressure before storage and move the rig occasionally. Keeping weight off the tires where practical helps as well.

Can I get to my RV before sunrise to leave on a trip?

Yes. Approved RV tenants have 24/7 gate access, so your code works any hour. The wide, well-lit aisles make an early-morning departure simple.

What do I need to rent an enclosed RV unit?

We require proof of ownership and full coverage insurance on the rig. You can complete your lease online in minutes or stop by the office on Commerce Lane to set it up in person.

Before you reserve: bring proof of ownership and full coverage insurance for your RV. Both are required to store with us.
