Ongoing Storage Discounts
These discounts are available to anyone who qualifies—whether you’re a new renter or an existing tenant. Availability may vary by unit size and type, and discounts can’t be stacked. Please speak with the manager for full details and current eligibility.
Pay 12 Months, Get the 13th Free
Pre-pay for a full year of storage and receive your 13th month free on the same unit.
- Great option if you know you’ll need storage long term.
- Available on select units; see manager for qualifying sizes.
- Cannot be combined with other discounts or move-in specials.
$50 Referral Discount
Refer a friend, neighbor, or co-worker and you both save.
- $50 account credit for the current tenant.
- $50 account credit for the new tenant who moves in.
- Credits applied after the new tenant completes move-in and meets any minimum stay requirements.
Who Qualifies?
We keep things simple and fair:
- Discounts are open to anyone who meets the age, military, or referral requirements.
- Applies to base monthly rent on eligible units; taxes and fees are additional.
- Some discounts may be limited to one per account and cannot be combined.
Senior Discount (65+)
Customers 65+ receive an ongoing discount on monthly rent for eligible units.
- Helps make downsizing, estate planning, or life transitions more affordable.
- Valid photo ID showing age 65+ required.
- Cannot be combined with other discounts or move-in specials.
Military Discount
As a thank-you for your service, active duty military and veterans receive an ongoing discount on monthly rent for eligible units.
- Ideal for deployments, PCS moves, or temporary relocations.
- Military ID, DD-214, or veteran ID required for verification.
- Cannot be combined with other discounts or move-in specials.
Discounts are available to qualifying customers on select units and apply to base monthly rent only. Taxes, required fees, and any protection plans or insurance are additional. Move-In Specials
In addition to our ongoing discounts, we offer move-in specials from time to time. These deals change frequently and are tied to specific unit sizes or types, so we keep them in one place:

Our ongoing discounts are open to anyone who qualifies—seniors 65+, active duty military, veterans, and customers who refer new tenants. Some discounts may be limited to select unit sizes or types, and only one discount can be applied per unit. Please speak with the manager for current eligibility.
